Let me tell you a bit about my journey. I started out teaching myself how to code - yep, all those late nights and endless cups of coffee paid off! Now, I find myself leading teams and making decisions that shape the way we build tech. I've worked on everything from migrating a whole Ruby/Rails app into something way more modern, to leading the charge in crafting UI libraries in the real estate world.

But you know what? It's not just about the tech for me. It's about the people – working together, bouncing ideas off each other, and sometimes, being the one to say, "Hey, let's take this path."

I'm all about that user-first approach. It's thrilling to see how technology can solve real problems and make someone's day just a little bit easier or more fun. And as the tech world keeps evolving, so do I. Always learning, always growing, and always ready for the next challenge.
